Participants acquire the ability to use the AECdisc® methodology in a targeted manner in the areas of personnel selection, personnel development as well as in the field of training and coaching.
You will receive an innovative trainer set for the use of AECdisc® potential analyses. The set includes a USB stick with all participant documents. In addition, you will find important presentations for sales. Detailed trainer instructions round off your personal starter package. As a certified potential consultant (AECdisc®) you can freely use the documents for your needs. An adaptation according to your corporate design is possible.
In addition, you will receive:
- Access to the AECdisc® account. Here you can generate the access links for the AECdisc® potential analyses, create, save and send profiles. You can also customize the AECdisc® potential analysis with your logo.
- Your personal AECdisc® potential analysis
- Your official, internationally valid AECdisc® consultant certificate
- Further AECdisc® potential analyses as sample analyses for practical training.
