The AECdisc® Potential Analysis

Methodology & Procedure

The AECdisc® Potential Analysis is based on the development of the American Cleaver Company and the AECdisc® Methodology, which was developed in France.

Within the past 30 years, several million analyses have been conducted worldwide utilizing a specially developed program. The survey is based on an online questionnaire developed by psychologists, which takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes to complete.

The answers on the questionnaire are used to analyze the different expressions and behaviors.

For this purpose, a distinction is made between so-called natural and adapted behavior.

The pure consideration of the personality – consisting of behavioral preferences and motivational factors – can be called an as-is analysis.

In addition to personality, it is also possible to create a behaviorally relevant job profile.

In this way, we link the requirements of the organization with the talents of the person.

The goal here is to determine the employee’s feel-good factor in the task and job, both in the context of personnel selection and in personnel development.

Specific analysis versions, such as for sales, are also available.
