An example that we often encounter in a similar form: Management has clear goals: sales are to be doubled by 2020. Now the task is to find out which competencies the employees need in order to achieve the goal. Once this process is completed, it is measured whether the defined competencies are available (position determination).

If there are gaps between the target job profile and the employee/applicant profile, the need for further training is determined individually for each employee/applicant.

Employee qualification is thus aligned with the corporate strategy and individual employee needs.
